Painat tip of penis

Hi there:

My pain began with discomfort and then burning sensation at the tip of my penis.
I got tested for STDs that can be tested for. all is negative.
My doctor precribed me cipro for 14 days. It did helped alot.
I have finished my dose.
I still feel discomfort but better than before.

I had gone to a massage parlour 2 months ago and had no penetration nor contact to any sexual body part.
I only rubbed on her behind.
This got me scard (paranoid) so I kept opening the tip of my penis looking for something..
I think this may have caused an infection inside.
however, I still feel discomfort on the tip on the left side on my urethra.. It is a slightly red (bright)..

My doctor said to let it heal as he thinks I may have injured it... while I was opening it up to investigate..

however, I have not since I started cipro 14 days ago.. which I have finished yesterday..

I am trying to think positive but I feel the discomfort and slight burn (very slight).
it does not sting when I pee.
It only feels a little discomfort when I ejaculate..

any suggestions as to how to fix this?

could this be yeast infection inside?

My doctor did a urine analysis and blood work .. nothing showed up.. everything is normal..

I dont know if this is related.. but I feel discomfort in my legs.. as well.

You might have prostatitis, and should have a prostate exam.
