Painful Lump in my pubic area

I'm 19 years old, I have a painful sore, lump on my pubic area. It started as a pimple. It appeared a week after I had sex with a prostitute in the Philippines. The girl told me that she is "safe" she told me It's ok for me to have no condom in our intercourse so I did the stupidest thing.. I had sex unprotected with a prostitute the whole time. After that incident a week later I noticed two pimples ing my pubic area. I popped the white fluid out and as time goes by I noticed it became a big sore lump.. I'm now taking antibiotics.. Is this a kind of STD?? am I suffering from STD such as syphilis, genital herpes or something? I'm really scared.. I texted the prostitute she told me that she's not feeling something like what I experienced... She told me that they have weekly check up in their establishment. She also told me that she's clear. I'm scared to death and I hope this is not an STD.. It was only my first time to go in such place... please I really need help.

No fever, flu symptoms.. Is it because I took antibiotics?

In addition to that I trimmed my pubic hair and in our intercourse a lot of friction is going on.. Is it just a pimple that got infected???? or It's an STD?? I'm very scared. I won't do this again..
