Panful armpit

Hi.

I am posting again since I am freaking out once more.

I just felt a pain in my right armpit like about an hour ago.

I'm not sure if it's a swollen lymph node.  It's painful whenever I try to press it and I can also feel the pain when I try to move/strech it excessively.

Now, I'm just curious, is this what a swollen lymph node is?
Also, is it possible for me to develop symptoms relating to any kind of STD after 57 days post exposure?

Here are some of the stuff I have felt within the span of 7 weeks:

-Minor Headaches;
-Minor body aches;
-Lose of appetite;
-general feeling of weakness/fatigue;
-slight nausea and the feeling or urge of wanting to vomit.
-slight cough
-I also felt a slight bump in my neck, but I'm guessing it is not related to a swollen lymph node.

All of these never lasted for a day.  Meaning I felt it today, and then the day after, it was gone.

I've never had a fever or any pain in urinating or any blood coming out, though.

Please help me out, I'm really freaking out and I was just kicked out of the HIV Forum.

Thanks in advance

Symproms have nothing to do with a STD. See a Dr.
