Peeling on Scrotum

my question is that i had unprotected oral sex 3 months ago and every sense then i have had slitght tingling sensations on my penis. i have never had sex and there are no bumps or blisters or any thing. but my scrotum is peeling very badly and its starting to itch, and the peeling is reaching up to my penis? my penis skin has gotten really wrinkly and i was just wondering what all this could be. could it be of my high anxiety or std?

doesn’t sound STD related but definitely see a doctor

Got to say see a doctor on that & quick. At least your symptoms are not overt so a dx should be rather quick.
