Penile Inflammation and Red line under penis

I am a 22 year old college student and recently have noticed some discomfort after a night of having sex. From what I know about the girl she isn't one to worry about, however, I am quite paranoid about my sexual health.

We had intercourse with a condom earlier in the day, 3 days ago. Later the next morning after drinking a little too heavily I woke up in bed next to her, but we were both clothed and neither of us thought that we had had sex. Unfortunately, I woke up with quite a bit of discomfort that felt almost like a burning or inflamed sensation on the shaft and tip of my penis, as well as a little inflammation and redness on my scrotum. I also noticed a "reddish" line going from the below the head of my penis to the scrotum. i have been STD tested many times before, but all tested negative.

I have noticed a little discomfort when urinating, however, nothing to the extent to which I couldn't bare to urinate or had to stop. The inflammation and discomfort is still present after 3 days and I am starting to get a little worried. Should I be? what are the possibilities of what is causing this?

From oral sex I would say you probably had/have NGU not chlymida.

I just went to the general medicine doctor and he tested me for a long list of STDs and thinks it may most likely be chlamydia. He said that he noticed a little clear discharge and that my symptoms sound like that is the most probable cause for my discomfort and that UTI's are extremely rare in men. Do you agree with his results?

The last partner I had we used a condom, however, she did give me oral a few days before. I read that that could be a reason and possible cause for chlamydia... I took a urine sample and blood test and am now waiting on the results. My discomfort occurred the very next morning after the first time we had sex and has been persistent since.. i have also noticed a little discomfort in one of my testicles (but he suggested that may be a symptom so I don't know if I am just being paranoid).

Any more feedback you could give me would be great. Thank you!

Does not sound STD related because you used a condom in the experience you remember and it is highly unlikly that you had sex in a drunken state and both of you got dressed right afterwards. But lets say you did for arguments sake...no symptoms would start the very next morning.

You can see a Dr if you are concerned but highly doubt that it is STD related.
