Penile discharge

About 5-6 weeks ago I had sex, during it the condom broke and I replaced. After about two weeks I noticed a discharge and went to see the doctor right away. After been through the tests the results came back negative. I was still given antibiotics for stds and after about 4 days the discharge stopped. After two weeks discharge started happening again, I have no idea what's going on since the test results were negative after two trials. The color is sometimes white and clear color. Please someone give me an idea about what my next step should be.
Thanks

It sounds a bit like Clamydia...
STD tests are very specific how exactly was the test performed (blood or urine)?

PLEASE DONT HAVE SEX WITH ANYBODY TILL YOU FIGURE OUT WHATS GOING ON?
