Penile yeast infection?

If anyone could help me resolve this question, it would really help ease my mind. About a week ago I had dry and flaky skin on the under side of my penis. I consumed a lot of beer over the past couple of weeks as well. I had sexual interactions over the weekend which led to that skin becoming raw and letting off a horrifying fishy smell. Also, little white bumps formed at the base of my penis as well as a little ring around the urethra. I don't experience any pain when I use the restroom except this morning when the little ring seemed to have sealed over in the night. I believe I have a bad case of a penile yeast infection. I am trying to make sure it gets plenty of air and washed thoroughly daily. I have also attempted to change my diet, especially stopped drinking alcohol. There are no pains except when that area is rubbed. Should I be disconcerted that this is something completely different? What other methods should I consider in trying to resolve the issue.

See a Dr for proper diagnosis. Does sound like yeast but can't be sure.
