Penis Discharge when aroused

When I get aroused, usually with my g/f, and a clear discharge comes from my penis. It gets annoying b/c it is quite a bit. How ever when I masturbate this does not happen. A little may come out but nothing like when I am with my g/f. At first I didn't think anything of it but of coarse I look stuff up and well S.T.D's started to enter my mind. How ever I thought to myself that this has been happening even before I ever had sex with a girl. When I was younger I noticed it a little clear stuff came out. Here I just thought I could be masturbating to much. I currently do not have any symptoms of S.T.D's but I have thought about getting tested. With what I just mentioned should I be worried about this discharge coming out of my penis?

No that is natural, it's per-seminal fluid. It happens to every man.
