Penis Pain ,tests, Question

Hi,
just to recap my problem because ý sent two other questions before:I had unpretected sex with some por about 5 weeks ago.About a week after this relation i had these weird feelings on my penis. First ý had a burning sensation on the tip of my penis and a day or two later i had this sticky thinh ýn my underwear after i pissed. Two days after i went to the toilet to **** again and after pissing this sperm lookalike thing came out. Ýt was white and clear in coulor. Ý went to the doctor got urine tests done and they turned out to be ok.Got prostitis tets done everything was ok there aswell.A week later got HÝV,Hepatit tests done and they all came out negative. Now two weeks after these tests im still having a few pains just behind my left testicle clos to my groin.Im curcimsised and have a few pains just on the top of my penis(on top of the circimsised area and below the head of the penis)The skin on the shaft gets wrinkley at times and looks weird.What could be the problem? i have a few other questions below:
1)If you think i do have chlamydia or NGU like u said in your previous replies how soon do i have to get that treated? would there be other serious problems if left untreated for a while?
2)Could this leed to aids?
3)Would there be any risks of passing this disease on to my partner after this is treated? or do i have to live with this for the rest of my life?
4)why does the foreskin on my penis get wrinkley?what medication should take to get rid of this?
5)Any medications you suggest i should take if i do have chlamydia or Ngu?whats best for both?

I remain very confident you have nothing wrong.  Not all symptoms mean disease. Since you have been tested and nothing abnormal was found, just relax. To answer the specific questions:

1) This probably is not chlamydia or NGU.  But if a test for chlamydia weren't done when you saw your doctor, go back and request one.

2) No, this has nothing to do with HIV or AIDS.

3) Since you probably have nothing wrong, there is nothing to transmit to your partner.  Whether or not your symptoms are going to persist is hard to say; but knowing it is nothing serious should help you deal with it.

4) Wrinkling of the skin of the penis sounds normal to me.  No medication is indicated.  Presumably your doctor agreed when s/he examined you.

5) Any of several antibiotics are used for chlamydia, most commonly doxycycline or azithromycin.  But don't try to get treated unless you have a positive test.

I have the same basic sensations.  it burns on the bottom part (right below the hole) of my penis, and i notice that lint from my boxers get stuck to my penis hole, which never happend until about 2 weeks ago. so i'm assuming something is sticky there, but it dries up pretty fast.  

it only burns for a short while after i unirnate

should i get tested?  How long do i have to get tested?
