Penis tip burning and small testicle disconfort after

So around 60 hours ago (two days and half) i had protected sex (oral and vag) from a girl i had just meet. The only unprotected pArt was when she manually stimulared me (and she did spit for lubing from a short distance) and from body rubing (she on top and me on top after) in wich our genitals could have been in contact.

The first synthom started immediatly a couple of hours after (burning penis tip) not more than 6/8 hourd after and persisted till yesterday night (thid morning the burning is way less). The second synthom started yesterday evening/night when i started feeling a small disconfort on my testicles (not sure if i can even call it a sore since its very minor)

I read that synthoms for std normally dont appear this fast.
Also it doesmt burn when i pee (atleast no more than when i dont) and it doesmt burn either when i ejaculate .... I do believe i have a small redness on my penis but honestly its nothing that iwould even consider if i didnt had had sex.

Any idea what this can be? Am i at risk of anything?
