Persistant Penil Discharge

Hello,
I was infected with gonorrhea a year ago and got treated for it with a shot of ceftriaxone 250 mg and 7 days of doxy. My partner didn't get the treatment so I got infected again. This time, we took Ceftrixaone and Doxy together with the same doses. Everything seems great but I got everything back a month later. I did a urine analysis and a swab test and comeback negatif. My doctor gave me Doxy for 10 days, all cleared!
A month later, and again, discharges cameback! I went to see another urologist and he gave Eurocan (I don't remember the name exactly) and I did a scan to my prostate which comeback all good! This drug didn't seem to help me at all! but the discharge went off a bit. I stayed like that for 3 months, the discharge would come and go (sometimes white and leaves a strain and sometimes with no color and doesn't leave a strain on my underwear).
I went to see a new urologist and std specialist and did a new swab test and urine test and comeback negative.
I insisted on taking a shot of ceftriaxone 1g and 10 days of doxy! Bingo no discharge for 2 months but this morning I found a big white discharge on the tip of my penis!

One thing I would like to say is that I am obsessed with checking my penis, I have a bad habit of masturbation (I masturbate every day and sometime to lazy to clean right after masturbating)

Can that be the real problem behind all this ?

My discharge isn't  like the first *Gonorrhea Puss* I have had before. The discharge is more liquide like semen and leaves a white strain on my underwear. I do not itch and I Can pee normally with a very slight discomfort which is bearable (only in the morning).
