Persistent dysuria, testicle pain

Hi there I am a 28 year old healthy male.
Approximately 4 weeks ago I had unprotected sex with a new partner. Exactly 5 days later I started to experience some burning at my urethral meatus and a lot of urgency and frequency. No discharge was present and I have not had any new genital lesions. I immediately went to the local sexual health clinic and they tested me for chlamydia and gonorrhea. I was also treated with doxycycline 100mg BID and cefixime 400 mg x1. My symptoms persisted for the next week and I started to experience some pressure in my suprapubic area that accompanied the above symptoms. My tests have since come back negative.
I next went to a walk in clinic for the symptoms, the gp there suspected that it was a simple UTI and started me on ciprofloxacin 500mg BID for 7 days. Unfortunetly no culture or tests were done. Several days after being on the cipro my suprapubic pressure decreased somewhat but I started to experience some bilateral achy testicular pain. This was approximately 2 and a half weeks ago and the pain has not dissipated. It comes and goes, is present behind both testicles and lately seems to be localizing to my left testicle. The epididymis of both testicles seems to be tender and worse on the left. However there is no major swelling or severe pain.
The day after I finished the cipro I went to another clinic and recieved 1g of azithromycin to cover other non gonococcal urethritis causes to my symptoms. I also had my urine tested for STI's again as well as cultured, all negative. I am now 7 days post azithromycin and I still have achy pain in both my testicles, the left more so than the right. I still also have burning at my meatus although this sensation has decreased somewhat. The burning at my meatus is present occaisonally with urination and ejaculation and sometimes it is there when I am not doing either of these things. I feel like the azithro has helped somewhat but I still have symptoms 7 days later.
I do not know what is going on here, I have been researching like crazy and this is starting to take over my life. I have pounded my body with antibiotics and I don't know if I should take any more. I am very worried about infertility as this testicle pain has been present for so long. I highly suspect that this is a STI as I have never had symptoms like this before. However I seem to have exhausted the list of antibiotics to cover these conditions.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be very much appreciated.
thank you

they've thrown a lot of antibiotics at you hoping one of them works for you :(

at this point you need to be seen by an urologist as was recommended on the other forum you posted on. they will do additional testing and hopefully give you better answers.

odds are this isn't std related. you've covered all the bases for the usual suspects.
