Persistent penis discomfort .

I've had penis discomfort for more than 6 months and really can't focus on work any more. In the beginning I had penis discharge. After taking medication, I tested negative for all STDs. How ever, the penis discomfort has continued. There is no fluid discharge. Put there is also a constant discomfort/heavy feeling around/inside my feet. Around the ankles area. Been to a Urologist twice and both times he wrote me medication. But the condition of persistent penis discomfort and tingling around feet doesn't go away. I have a headache some times too. I will be very grateful for any suggestions, as I can't focus on anything any more. Thanks for any help in advance. Chris

Feet and headache has nothing to do with a STD. Since you have tested negative this is not a STD issue. Can't really tell you what could be going on.
