Pigmentation change in my penis head

hi. i had unprotected oral sex and protected vaginal sex with several prostitutes in a massage parlor who according to them get tested twice a week. About 8x i did this for a span of 3 months. also, i masturbate around 2x a day.

a few few weeks ago the head of my penis was a bit sore. so i cleansed it and put alcohol (ouch).  then the next few days. i notice a change in pigmentation in the head of my penis. just only a portion of my head. i clean it for a week and put some ointment for bruise.  now its gone and dead skin is falling off.  however, i noticed that a small (1/8 cm vertical line) change in pigmentation again on the head of my penis.  its worrying me so much.

there are no sti symptoms i see (greenish discharge, burning sensation when urinating, no itchiness, constant peeing).

i did 3 masturbations during the period of pigmentation change (its been 2 weeks since then), to check if there's nothing wrong with me.

is this normal?

Oops meant to say test twice a week.  That doesn't change it - if they are having unprotected sex with 5 men a night, that's could be around 15 to 20 men in between tests.  That's a lot of risk.

I'd doubt this is an std, but you should get some testing done along with an exam.  These women might be tested, but if its every 2 weeks, how many men are they having protected sex with in that 2 week period?  You are putting yourself in some serious risk this way.
