Pimple like bump in pubic hair

cer
Hi, I had unprotected sex about 3 months ago. I remember so well but what i do remember is the next morning when i woke up i had 3 small red pimple like bumps in a triangle pattern about a 1/4-1/2 inch apart from each other. thinking it was just some weird pimple i popped them i remember there was no puss or anything just bleed a good amount. I thought it was all good till about 4 days ago when the bumps showed back up. except this time 2 were in the general area as the first and one was on the other side. Being an idiot i popped them again same thing just blood. they weren't itchy or sore(well till i popped them now they're a somewhat sore). I inspected the rest of my groan area and those are the only ones. Any idea what it is, or should i wait till they come back again and then head to a doctor.
