Pimple on Penis

Hello Doc
Approx 8 weeks ago I had unprotected sex,
I had all tests for stds and came back clear, had HIV duo at 28 & 42 days again all clear.
Today I woke up with a pimple under the skin on my penis, it is positioned where the skin 'rolls' up at the tip of the penis but not on the foreskin.
I 'burst' the pimple and it bled for a few minutes, no other discharge.
Even now it has reduced in size to something very small <1mm and it has a slight 'crater; in it.
1, Is this something I should worry about
2, Only thing I can think is Herpes but 8 weeks seems a long time and only one pimpme not blister or ulscer
Any help would be much appreciated.

Sounds like a zit, certainly not an STD. Herpes doesn't behave the way you describe. See a health care provider if you remain concerned, but I'm sure your symptoms are purely a coincidence and have nothing at all to do with your adventures 8 weeks ago.
