Pimples or Serious?

Hi Doc. The topic is other because I don't know what my case would actually be in. My problem is plain and simple, I shave my pubic area and sometimes I get pimples and ingrown hairs. And I do pull the ingrown hairs out (it bugs me lol) but after I pull it out it looks just like a red bump but it stays for quite awhile like a week or so but they do get smaller. It never irritates or bugs me unless i try to like pop it. Could this just be from shaving? Or could it be something serious?
