Pimply looking bumps

Good evening,

I made the mistake of having a one night stand and unproteced sex.  The very next morning I noticed a lot of what appeared to be redness and chafing.  I applied an antifungal cream as I had issues in the past while having a steady partner.  It was a similar type of problem and my doctor said that I should use anitfungal cream as it may have been yeast related.  It had worked in the past so I figured I would try it again.  Well the irrtated areas have cleared up a great deal.  However, I have a few bumps towards the lower part of my penis that look almost like pimples that have not come to a head as they are a red/irritation color.  I also noticed a small pimple like white bump on my inner thigh within 24 hours of having sex.  I tried to squeeze it and it bleed.  It since cam back (although a little smaller) and the same thing happened when I squeezed it.  However, it looks nothing like the pimple like bumps on my penis.  So I guess my questions are:

1) Are there any STD's that look like skin/irratated red pimple like bumps?  (perhaps it is a pimple like reaction to the cream?)
2) Is it common to have an STD spread to the thigh and only be one bump?
3) What type of doctor should I see?  I do not have a primary care physician.  Could my dermatologist detect what it is?

Thank you very much in advance for your advice.

Not after 1 day-symptoms never show that early.

Thanks.  I will get it checked out.  Would it be possible though for Herpes or Molluscum to start showing signs this soon?

1 - Herpes and molluscum can look like that.

2 - Not really.

3 - Your derm would be perfect.

It could be a fungal thing, folliculitis, etc., but the only way to know for sure is to see your doctor.  DO NOT pick it any more - let your doctor see it as is.

It is probably worth mentioning that I believe she was shave and there was a lot of rough friction at times...  so I am wondering if this is all irritation or something to be worried about.  Although I must say, anytime there are bumps I guess it is very worrysome.
