Pink Spot comes and goes

I am getting a round pink flat spot on my skin this size of an index finger nail. When it comes, it is always one spot that appears and then goes away after 3-4 days. So far, it has appeared on my right then left foot and then one my right and left leg in that sequence. It does not fade when pressed. I have also been having frequent dizzy spells (only feeling light-headed) about 2-3 times a day.

Could this be an STD ?

Still doesn't sound like an STD, but see a health care provider if the peculiar taste continues.  Doesn't sound serious, but it doesn't ring any bells in my mind.

Thank you for the kind comment.  You're welcome.

Thank you for replying. I forgot to add that I also have a funny taste in my mouth. It has been like this since the symptoms started. The feeling is like having a metallic taste all the time.

BTW, thank you for the work that you do in the forums.

It doesn't sound like an STD.   I recommend seeing a dermatologist when the spot is present.  I suspect the lightheadedness is unrelated.  Neither problem sounds serious.

Good luck--  HHH, MD
