Please Help! small white sore inside Penis Shaft

Please help as I have no idea what this is....
I have had unprotected sex in the last month and I recently noticed a small white sore inside the tip of my urethra. It doesn't look like a pimple, but it almost looks like a sore you get when you bite the inside of your lip. When I urinate I get a slight tingling sensation. Is this a STD or could it be some sort of trauma? Thanks for your help.
