Please Help Pimple on Penis Shaft

I have a single pimple with yellowish ooze and a little blood when squeeze, reddish around its area and pimple sometimes itchy, no hair above it. overall size of the pimple is 5mm but the center yellowish with clear cover is just 2mm it is located just at end right of shaft 15mm above my pubic hair. My last sex encounter with condom was exactly 3 months ago with a sex worker. My throat is a little bit sore, no fever, not painful on the pimple just a little bit itchy and its already 4 days now still pimple there and not erupting if not intended to. I went to have an std test last 2 days ago and still waiting for the result, theyve got sample from my blood and urine. but im getting paranoid, any idea what im having? herpes? syphilis?
