Please help me diagnose these symptoms. Doctor's are clueless!

About 8 months ago my wife and I separated. I got depressed, and in early February I had unprotected sex with a woman that I met at a bar. Unfortunately she was on her period and I ended up covered in her menstrual blood.

Within a couple of days I started having really strange symptoms, including a very sore perineum, aching testicles, itching anus, and "burning / itching" sensation "inside" my body (ie not on top of the skin), that seemed to be spreading outward from my groin area.

These symptoms have continued to worsen for the last 6 months. They are now constant and cover my entire body.  The intensity of the symptoms waxes and wanes daily, such that they are usually bearable in the early morning after first waking, but are extremely painful / uncomfortable by the end of the day.

I have been to multiple doctors and clinics and have been tested repeatedly for all of the major infections (Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, HIV, HEP A/B/C) as well as numerous tests for potential non-STD related causes (Thyroid, Liver, Kidney, parasites, Lyme disease, Mono, Lupus, and inflammation).  Everything so far has come back negative.

During this time I have tried taking numerous, heavy doses of various antibiotics, such as Azithromycin / Clarithromycin, Cipro and Amoxicillin.  The Azithromycin seemed to have a strong impact, significantly lessening the symptoms, to the point that I almost felt normal. However, these symptoms quickly returned once my prescription ran out.

A friend indicated that they thought I might have a systemic yeast infection, so I have begun taking mega-doses of a blend of probiotics designed to counter Candida.  This has also helped some, but to a lesser extent, and has not cured my symptoms.

My quality of life has deteriorated significantly. I am in constant pain. Also, several women I have slept with since my initial exposure have complained of issues they are experiencing, yet all have received negative test results for the major STD's as well.

At this point I am desperate.  The doctor's are acting like this is all in my head and have not been able to diagnose me.

Please help!
