Please help with weird skin on head of penis

I've done some researching some to try and find out what I have but to no avail.Unfortunately I have been sexually active with no protection for quite a while with no testing.The skin on the head of my penis is extremely rough with what looks like crevices.It's not in one patch but is covered the entire head.What could this be

It could be a fungal infection, but you need to get it checked out by a doctor. Since you have been having unprotected sex, you should also get tested for STDs and HIV.
