No STD can cause skin breakdown or pain only a few hours after exposure; I suspect the erosion is exactly as you describe, the result of (over)vigorous rubbing.
Pimples in the
pubicPubic lice area probably are not an STD. For example, herpes generally occurs on the labia, not in the
pubicPubic lice area. Most likely you have just what it seems, pimples or folliculitis (hair follicle infection).
I agree with your doctor; you probably don't have any STD. The fact that your husband hasn't noticed anything isn't proof, but it increases the odds in your favor.

The irritated spot is on the of my vagina it is located on the fold of skin where the pubic hair and outer lip of the vagina starts. the pimples are also in the same area. I put antibitic (antibiotic) cream on it it didn't hurt or sting it almsot looks better as the morning has progressed and for the pimples the are very small only two of them are pink and the others are skin toned. They aren't clustered and don't hurt the touch the pimple are hardly raised also.
Another thought: I didn't pick up on this in your first message, but you seem to be implying that the pimples have been there for a while. A true pimple will resolve in a week of so. If these are pink and smooth, or if some of them have a dimple in the center, it could be molluscum contagiosum, which can appear in the pubic area. Molluscum is sexually acquired. It is a trivial, never dangerous condition. I suggest having your doctor recheck, with this diagnosis in mind, if the lesions have persisted more than 2 weeks--or maybe see a dermatologist.
Good luck again-- HHH, MD
