Positive Leukocyte Esterase After Protected Sex

I had protected oral and vaginal sex with a CSW a year ago. The condom appeared to be intact after the act. I have never had any symptoms but did have leukocyte esterase in my urine with a WBC count of 10 at a routine health screening (Dipstick Urinalysis) 2 months later. Could this have possibly been caused by an std like chlamydia? Should I be concerned?

My understanding had been that since the act was protected at all times STD testing was not required in your opinion is that true? Even with the WBC in the urine test? I just started freaking out that I have been carrying something for a year and been asymptomatic.

Thanks for you insight

That is a test not a condition.
