Possible Exposure - EXTREMELY WORRIED please help
Hello all,
I am extremely worried. I am a 18 yr old with a fast metabolism. 5 days ago, i had protected sex with a sexworker. She put the condom on with her mouth. I do not think she squeezed the air out of the tip. The condom was fire and ice Trojan. She then gave me oral for around 5 minutes and then we proceded to vaginal sex. the vaginal sex did not last more than a minute. but i have NO CLUE if the condom had broken due to lack of pinching. I suspect it did though. She then proceded to give me a oral again-same condom-. this lasted for another 5 mins and then i ejaculated she then quickly took the condom flushed it and gave me wet napkins. her tongue did touch the base of my penis once during oral. I have no clue if the condom broke but i suspect it did and she did not tell me (she knew this was my first time and i did not have any disease).
I called her up multiple times and she claims she gets tested every 4 weeks and she doesn't have anything. but i do not know how much i trust her. I am really really really really worried and i think my life is about to end. before it could begin.
first night i had night sweats and felt cold. The second day my stomach started to feel bloated and uneasy. This is going on eversince. My left lymph node seems mildly swollen and i feel tired and weakness.
I read many posts saying about low risks and started to feel better and my symptoms decreased by the thought keeps coming back and i feel worse-especially my stomach. I am extremely stressed. i am getting mood swings. i am worried . i am anxious. on the 5Th day (today) i took the HIV-RNA (can you guys tell me the accuracy). I come from reputed family and if i become positive i have no clue what to tell them my parents will die. they will cry so much. I am screwed. I Have learned my lesson and have decided to reevaluate my life and have 0 attitude. Please please please tell me what my risks are honestly. I am really really really worried and i have no clue twhat to do. Should i believe the results for the RNA when i get then next week?. If it helps, i am a skinny guy with fast metabolism. I have also had a little/minor chest pain.
today i saw a little (pencil tip sized) reddish black dot on my inner lip check. should i be worried?
I have not had fever but my temp ranges from 95 to 96 F (which my GP says is normal for skinny people).
I have had dry mouth with thick saliva and have always sometimes bled in my gums during brushing.
I am so worried i have no clue what to tell my parents. I also have made a list of my life changes. Please help me
I also played with her breasts if that makes a difference and what if the condom broke at the side of the resorvoir tip. I did not check if it did and she took the condom off immidiately after ejaculation and flushed it. I have no clue what to do.

Sorry to bother you again but I have one concern.
After the incident I had been extremely stressed out and had not masturbated in around 9 days. yesterday (on the 9th night), I masturbated and afterwards kept noticing there would be small occasional clear-ish discharge last night and this morning (while sitting, walking, randomly...)
I am not sure if this is left over semen or symptoms of chlamidya. (I didnt have discharge up until i masturbated) (also, previosly, I never had discharge after masturbation).
I have also had a minor (on and off) testicular pain since then (it may be blue balls)
I am really scared and confused please advise.
I have sent a urine sample to the lab but it being the weekend, I wont be able to receive the results till wednesday of next week.

She would have been worried if it broke. They use condoms to protect them from YOU.
I appretiate your reply and in no way mean to be comming of as "i am not listening". but i have heard of condom breaking without people noticing. Which may have occured during the oral before and/or after intercourse. I surely hope that you are correct and it didnt. but i dont remember. the lady took it of really quickly. she wasnt really worried about cathing anything from me.

If the condom broke you would have known because they break wide open. It feels different, looks different and is not easy to get off.

Anyway i thrusted for another ~ 6 times inside her after this possible break. After she gave me a oral with the same condom.
There was oral - vaginal sex - oral . So i am not sure if it might have broken with her teeth the first time giving oral. I am really worried and what happenes if the condom did infact have a hole.
while inside her, i did feel a little warm and not rough. I am not sure if this was due to the fire and ice condom or because the condom had broken.
Additionally after her removing the condom, my penis was wet. it wasnt white. it was clear. Not sure if this was sperm, or lube, or vaginal fluids , or her saliva.
Please advice.

I would also like to add i am hungry more now than before. I dont know if thats relevant. If my body is metobolizing everything faster. I have no clue. But i am a skiinny guy and i can also hear my stomach a lot more now. Also how valid is the hiv rna test on 5th day?
