Possible Heptatitis B and C

Hello Doctor,
Hope You remember me from HIV Prevention Forum where you told me that I do not have a HIV Concern. I just to came to know the Heptatitis B and C also in the list of Deportabe Disease in Dubia, UAE.  I had protected vaginal breif sex with a CSW of Estern Europe. I have tested NEGATIVE at @ 11 weeks 2 days for the following.
@ 10 weeks HIV 1 and 2 PCR DNA and HIV EARY SCREEN ( P24 Antigen and HIV 1 and 2 Antibodies)
@ 11 weeks 2 days HIV EARY SCREEN ( P24 Antigen and HIV 1 and 2 Antibodies)
@ 11 weeks 2 days   HEPATITIS B SURFACE ANTIGEN and  HEPTTITIS C ABS   Both Came Negative.
My worries are I went for Yearly Med Check I have given my blood report Liver Test. My AST and ALT Sightly went up from normal values with previous result six month before.
Test            Nov -07 Vaues       May-08 Vaues            Range
AST            14                         31                             ( 0 - 37)
ALT             28                        57                             ( 0 - 40)
CGT            N/A                      63                              ( 11 - 50)
BIIRUBIN(T)     N/A                 1.14                           ( 0.00 - 1.00)
BIIRUBIN(D)    N/A                  0.42                          (0.00 - 0.25)
ESR             7mm/hr             40mm/hr
I am having pain in upper right abdominal part. Since ESR and ALT, AST all are elevated I worried about Hepatitis infections.  FYI: I have newly used to take Alocohal alternative days . I was prescrived some antibodies wisdom tooth infection. Despite my HIV - , Neg HBsAg and HCV ABS @ 11.2 weeks is there any chance that I was got infected with Heptatis. Is the testing window period is enough for Heptatitis B and C.  Since I had the masturbation with Vaginal Fluid I am concerned about Hepatatis  also I heard proected sex does not protect Hepatatis.I read that Increase in ESR shows some infecious in the body. I am now confused and worried about Heptatis.

You dohn't get it.  Since there was no ris, it doesn't matter when you get tested.  But 11 weeks is reliable.

I doubt Dubai infact departs people who are infected with hepatitis.

This thread is over.

Please allow me to ask one more question, due to the situation I am in Dubai. I suppose to go for Work Permit Test in Dubai, last movement I read that they also test for Hep B and C, which is in Depottable list. So I can not ask docs here as they suppose to report Hep B case to Health Ministry here.

I am woried about the Deportable.

I understand the risk is Zero for Hep B.

Can the test on 11.2 weeks for Heptatis B Surface Antigen - is reliable. Is the right test to screen for Hep B. Which is the right test for screening.

The risk of acquiring hepatitis B was zero, as for HIV; and HCV isn't sexually transmitted at all except infrequently between men having sex with other men.  And your tests show you weren't infected with either virus.  Something else is causing your symptoms.  As for mild elevations in liver function tests, you could have some kind of liver problem -- but such test results are pretty common in healthy people.

Discuss your symptoms and the lab test results with your health care provider.  No further commenst or discussion here.
