Possible Infection or Folliculitis

Hello. I need some help. Last Friday night, I received oral sex from a stranger I met on a site. (Not my best decision but I was really depressed- another story). 3 to 4 days afterward, I started to see 4 red bumps with a black dot in the middle, 2 in my pubic region and 2 on the shaft. I did a little research and I started to think it was folliculitis but once I saw the bumps on my shaft, I'm now thinking that it's possibly herpes, I don't want to jump to conclusions. The bumps are very sensitive to the touch. Along with it came stinging urination, that might be due to gonorrhea or chlamydia. What does this sound like to anyone? Please Help.

Thank You. I've made an appointment to get tested anyway. I thought it could have chlamydia or gonorrhea because of the painful urination but I do not have discharge which I thought was weird. Thank you again for your reply, it helped a lot.

Hi, firstly, if she did not have any lip sores at the time, your risk would be close to zero for contracting herpes. One thing that leads me to believe its not herpes is the 3-4 day time zone is a bit close for having initial sores and also that 2 are on your mound and 2 on your penis and they are the same.

A more likely situation is that they would only be in one area and spread to the other but what your describing, they just appeared. Also the black dot in the middle is not consistant with herpes as are more blister type with a clear center.
You can rule out chlamydia as is not passed from oral sex. Gono is possible if she gave you a "deep throat" oral but not likely.
