Possible NGU?

About 11 days ago i received unprotected oral sex from a new partner. Lately I have noticed a little bit more of an urge to urinate, and a little bit of redness/ tenderness at the tip of my penis. Today I have felt a little pain on around my right testicle. But i can't figure out if that is just my mind playing tricks on me.

I asked her and she said she was clean. So I didnt think too much of it. Other than what i mentioned above thats about it as far as symptoms go. No burning when I urinate, no discharge, or stains on my underwear.

Based on this do any of you think there is a chance i need to be concerned?

call your local health department tuesday to see what your local no cost and low cost options are. also planned parenthood is also a lower cost option for this too.  even some of the 'doc in a box' type places are lower costs - the places in a mall or walmart/grocery store.

Thanks for the reply....It just feels like i have to pee, like there is urine just loaded at the tip of my penis that wants to come out but when i go there is barely any. I guess you could say it kind of tickles. I guess you could say there is a little bit of discharge but its just urine from after i pee.

Ive been reading up alot about it on here and im trying to find out where i can get checked out at that wont cost an arm and a leg. (no insurance right now)

odds are this isn't a std going on but it could be irritation or even a mild infection. drink plenty of fluids to keep your urinary tract flushed out and if things get worse or are still there tuesday, follow up with your provider for some basic urine testing. A prostate exam might also be worthwhile too in case this is prostatits starting.
