Possible STD from a strip club, what are my risks from this encounter?

Hello, I went to a strip club two nights ago for the first (and last) time, and I think I might have contracted a disease. I received a lap dance from a stripper who was licking her fingers and rubbing it on her nipples. At one point, she reached into my pants with the same hand she was licking and started rubbing my penis. This lasted for about 10-15 seconds before I told her I was uncomfortable with what she was doing. I went home and realized how incredibly stupid that was and now I can't stop thinking that I might have contracted a disease from her saliva. Last night I started getting a mild burning sensation on my glans and right thigh. This morning, the burning sensation on my thigh is gone, but the sensation on my glans remains. I do not have any rash, redness or bumps. Visually, things look normal and my only symptom thus far is a mild burning sensation on my penis. She did not have any sores on her mouth, and I did not see any sores on her vagina (which she also briefly touched). I am incredibly worried that I might have wrecked my life with this one stupid encounter.

So, my questions are, how probable is it that I might have contracted a disease from the encounter I described above? What diseases could I have possibly contracted? What other symptoms should I look out for and how long should I wait to get tested?

This encounter has zero and I mean zero risk for everything. Saliva doesn't carry STD so calm down and just learn from this. The burning at the tip is likely to be genitally focused anxiety. Stop inspecting your penis and leave it alone and the burning will stop. Hope this helps.

Just thought I would shoot you guys a follow up. I went to the doctor and explained what happened. He examined my penis, then took a urine sample. He said that since my STD tests were entirely negative last year, it is very unlikely that I have contracted a viral infection, as my body would have an exaggerated response to the infection and I would exhibit a massive painful rash. Likewise, he said I probably do not have gonorrea or chlamydia. BUT, he did say that they detected small amounts of blood in my urine. I am currently waiting for results from the urine sample (due in 3-5 days), but according to the doc, it is most likely due to external trauma or skin irritation, and my own fear and hysteria.

If the tests come back positive for something, I will post again for future reference.

There's no need for any testing. But if you need to a week is fine for chlamydia, gonorrhea and NGU. Three months for syphilis and 6 months for HIV but can i stress there is no need for any testing.

Thank you for the reassurance. I think I will get tested anyway, just to be on the safe side. Is there a minimum number of days (weeks) I should wait before I go in for a test or can I do this immediately?

I'm sorry but the other advice was just wrong. AIDS?! Are you trying to scare people unnecessarily or are you just not clued up which is fair enough but I feel you shouldn't comment if you're not sure if the advice you're giving. You had no risk for anything believe me and no testing is required.

Seems like I'm getting conflicting advice here. The things that worry me are that she licked her fingers and also touched her vagina before she touched my penis. I'm almost certain I don't have HIV, but I am very worried about Herpes or any other non-bacterial disease that will stay with me for life. I have also read other posts on this forum from people that had a lingering burning sensation for months (much like the one I am experiencing now).

I noticed that you seemed scared to begin with of the girl giving you an STD. You seem very scared that you were going to contract something

It could be just be mental and that you are over reacting that this girl had something being a stripper and all and that she has gave you her disease. In other words your being a possible hypochondriac. But then again, maybe you are not over reacting and you had sort of a sixth sense of what was going to happen. what can you contract with her saliva AIDS, HERPES, HPV BETTER KNOWN AS GENITAL WARTS. be on the look out for any penil discharge which is a tall tale sign of an STD. You may have to end up going to the doctor and getting a urethral swab, which is a Q tip type instrument shoved down your pee hole to check for bacteria. As you don't seem to have a urine infection this is what a doctor will more than likely do.
STD scare me to, I once caught gonorrhea and it scared the crap out of me but a few days of pills got rid of it.
