Possible STD?

I just had a question regarding herpes. For the past year and a half, I have had these red blotches on my penis that are tender to the touch(after stimulation). They only get irritated when I have sex or when I masturbate. If there is no sexual activity or stimulation, the blotches scab up(per say) and go away. They have stayed in the same spot since the beggining. But, I have never had any clear blisters or weeping of any sort. I have none of the common symptoms of herpes. If it is, I have had a continous outbreak everyday for a year and a half. If anybody has any suggestions, comments or advice, please do so! Thanks, flheat23

Get tested and then you will know for sure. Nobody here will be able to give you an answer without actually seeing the pictures.
