Possible STI ?

Dear Doctor,
About a week ago, i had a sex with unknown women whom seems to be sexually active. Before sex we had a shower, and i wash my penis with the liquid soap, which cause my urethra (penis opening) in pain, because it sensitive to soap.

During sex i used the condom. and i ensure it was not broken.

After an hour or two then i noticed the leakage in my penis. i worried like hell, yesterday i had an injection and given antibiotic by a doctor, but the leakage is still there (may be the amount is reduced).

is there any possibilities that i am infected?

Thank you doc.

If what happened in your story is true then you had no risk from that incident. And STD symptoms do not start that soon.
