Possible Syphilis no sypmtoms at all

Hi doctor, I would like to ask if there is a possibility of having syfilis and not to have any sypmtoms at all ???? I had few partners and I always had HIV 1 and 2 tests done before I started relationship . I was always tested negative, the same for HEP B - negative. I am just wondering as I have never had syphilis test done. I would like to get pregnant soon and I know that they do this test to pregnant women. I am reading about Syphilis on the internet and am freeking out.
I never had any gyneacological problems at all, no rush or uclers or HPV..
Please help me to think positive. I know the best way is to have the test done, but I need to start thinking positive.

Thank you so much for your help.

No, syphilis will always start with a sore and then stage 2 is a rash. This always happens. Also in developed countries syphilis is rare in hetro men and woman.
