Possible exposure 4 weeks ago

What are my chances of false positives 4 weeks after possible exposure. 8 panel came back that I took 4 weeks after negative.

Chlamydia Value: Negative Range: Negative Result: Negative
Hepatitis B Value: Negative Range: Negative Result: Negative
Hepatitis C Value: <0.1 Range: 0.0-0.9 Result: Negative
Gonorrhea Value: Negative Range: Negative Result: Negative

Herpes Simplex Virus Type II Value: <0.91 Range: 0.00-0.90 Result: Negative
HIV-1 Antibody Value: <1.00 Range: <1.00 Result: Negative
HIV 1/O/2 Abs,Qual Value: Non Reactive Range: Non Reactive Result: Negative
Syphilis (RPR)Value: Non Reactive Range: Non Reactive Result: Negative

Awesome so I'll still get tested again at 3 months but good to know I don't need to worry for the next 2 months about this incident.

Syphilis is 6 weeks, Herpes is 3 months, HIV is 3 months. Not sure abotu Hep you have to post in that forum.
