Possible std encounter?

Friday night I went out with some friends to a bar and had to use the restroom. I got into the stall and hovered over the toilet ( i am female). I was looking for toilet paper and noticed a roll on the floor. I was slightly drunk so I picked it up and saw it had what looked like a few water droplets on it so I unrolled it a few times and ripped off a piece and used the clean part. A few days later I am experiencing cramping, lower abdominal pain, painful urination and itching. I'm thinking it's just a uti but could I have caught something from this exposure?

STD's have that name for a reason, require sex. Can not get from contact like you described above.
