Possible syphilis
6 days ago and after having sex with my wife I noticed a round bump on the bottom of my shaft , today after 6 days it is still noticeable but decreased a bit in size , it is not itching or bleeding or releasing any liquid , I am outside my country now in a trip with my wife for 3 weeks , Can this be syphilis as I have checked all STD diseases over the net trying to match the closest was a chancre like thing .
The only time I had any sexual relation with anyone other than my wife was 3 months ago with only receiving oral sex and rubbing gentials with a CSW , Can this bump appear after having sex with my wife for a certain reason ...

Seems to be a mis communication , my exposure was 85 days ago with a CSW oral sex and gential rubbings (Penis -vagina), the bump appeared after having sex with my wife 6 days ago (day 79 of the exposure) ...
