Possible syphilis?

A few days ago I noticed some sores high up on my inner thigh and one on my butt near my inner thigh. My only two thoughts were that this could be chancres or that they may have developed from chaffing. Today I noticed one of the sores has increased in size (there was a previous border but now there is a second one even further around the previous one). The marks are a light pink; I don't know if that makes any difference. They're also painful when I walk as it rubs against my skin/underwear due to the location. Could this still be syphilis?

Probably not. See a Dr for an exam.

I have just noticed that another one of these marks has increased inside. The original marks/sores habe seemingly started to scab but the newer border around them is still fresh skin. I have also noticed that the amount of marks/sores have increased in size. If someone could please tell me what this might be it would be appreciated. I'm a 19 year old female if that helps
