Prolonged body aches

Not sure this is the right forum to post this, but here goes.

Exactly 9 weeks ago I gave oral sex to a guy and swallowed his seamen. Three days later I started having what I'll call nervous stomach feeling, like growling noises (especially at night and morning) and a few days after that started experiencing mild, dull muscle aches in my upper legs and lower back. The lower back ache feels like a urinary infection. I don't have the nervous stomach as much now, but I still have the persistant aches in my upper legs and back. Those are the ONLY symptoms I have had that I can identify. I tested negative for HIV at 7 weeks (I know I must retest at 12) and have been vaccinated against Hep A and B. I'm pretty sure that these symptoms are not from stress and axiety. I believe that I can exclude HIV and HCV based on opinions from members in those other forums. Not sure about syphlis or gonorrhea.

It seems like I have some kind of perisitant infection still 9 weeks post exposure. Can anyone offer an opinion here as to what kind of persistant infection I can have from performing oral sex?

HIV is not a concern with oral sex, and your symptoms don't sound like an std to me.

If you only performed oral on him, you would get an oral infection, not a genital infection.  I'd wonder if you have something like an ovarian cyst, or a pinched nerve or something.  Follow up with your doctor, and start looking outside stds as a cause.

Please what is the cause of this persistent stomach rumbling noise?
I started experiencing this problem a week after i had unprotected sex with a lady. First i saw some white stuff like semen always coming out from my private, then followed by this contiuous moving noise from one end to the other. No prescription that i received has done much to rectify my situation. I have taken antibiotic drugs and injections severally including herbals but this problem wouldnt go. Recently i feel that my organ is getting weak, Pls help
