Prostatis - Staph. Aureus.

I have received oral sex (fellatio + anilingus) 3 months ago, after which I emmediatly developed urniary symptoms, urgency (no pain or discharge).
After a week, I noticed my semen turned yellow, I visited a doctor, he prescriped me Zithromax (6 days) and Metradizole (10 days), and performed Semen Culture, which revealed Staph. Aureus in my semen.

Semen returned normal but symptoms still present

I took the culture results to 2 doctors and 2 Urologists, all of them said having Staph. Aureus is like having nothing
The 2nd urlogogists prescribed me Doxycycline for 10 days.

The last doctor I visited perfomed a rectal exam and he said that my prostate is a little swollen and my symtomps are due to prostatitis. He performed PSA test (result negative) and prescriped me Cirpo 500 for 2 weeks. During the course, I was completely releived. However, again, now one week after the course is complete, symptoms started to develop. i visited the doctor again, he said I have nothing to worry about and infection must have been cured.

During all the 3 months, since July, 07, I am also experiencing changing in the bowel habits, generally constipation, my stool is almost flat, sometimes it is hard and comes in small peices. I usually have to strain alot before I am able to release it, and sometimes I just can not empty. I have pointed these symptoms to my doctors, all of them did not pay attention to it. I took fiber supplements, it helped, but I am not yet back to "regular"

Questions: is Staph. Aurues sexually transmittable to female partner?
Question: Do I need to lengthen the Cipro course, as I have reead that prostatitis needs 4-6 weeks of antibiotic therapy, or should I take another antibiotic?
Question: Does Staph. Aurues cause infertility?
Question: Is the irrugularity of my bowel movement due to antibiotics, aniligus, prostatitis, or none of these, and what can I do to it?

I have never had pain or discharge, and my urine test is always negative.

I didn't say you have nothing wrong.  I said that whaterver you have, it isn't an STD.  Therefore it is beyond the scope of this forum.  I have never heard of staph causing infertility in men and I doubt there is any risk of inferitlity, but I'm sure you can rely on your urologists' advice about that.  Or ask for yet another consultation, perhaps from an infectious diseases expert.

Sorry, I really cannot help.  You have no STD, the only topic for this forum.  Prostatitis is not sexually acquired and Staph aureus is not sexually transmitted.  It also is not a common cause of prostatitis.  On top of all that, no distant online source can (or should) override the assessment by personal health care providers, you have already seen 4 of them including 2 specialists in this area (urologists).  I have nothing to add to their assesment and advice.

I deleted another thread by you with the same title but no question.  Undoubtedly a mistake, but your credit card probably was charged twice.  Use the contact link if you want to request reimbursement for the blank question.

I can not believe that this urine frequency and weak stream is due to nothing, I have read in websites that Staph. can cause infertitility, I am really in a delimma now and I am afraid if I don't take the right treatment right now, I might lose my fertility.

Any advise, or can u forward this to another Doctor please,
