About a month ago me and a friend had mutual masturbation (both of us are gay males). We didn't have anal sex or oral sex. We just kissed and rubbed our penis' together. There was some precum involved. He claims he's clean. About a week ago, I developed a stinging/tingling feeling in the tip of the penis. I have frequent urination. Its quite annoying and embarrassing. I sometimes get an uncomfortable swollen feeling in my testicles. There is no discharge that i've noticed but i've noticed a strange odor. My stomach feels bloated as well. I woke up this morning with a burning sensation in my rectum as well. I made an appointment with my regular doctor. I've had a prostate infection before but the symptoms were a little different. My regular doctor ran a urine sample test but didn't even examine my penis. He automatically said my symptoms sound like Prostatitis. He put me on Cipro 500 MG for 10 days (2X a day). I was highly dissapointed he didn't inspect my penis. I'm now paranoid since its so close to my last sexual encounter that it could be an STD. My friend says he's clean but I still worry. I made an appointment to get an STD/HIV test but the closest appointment is not until a week away. In the meantime i'm taking my antibiotics. Should I worry about STD/HIV? Or do you think its Prostatitis?
