Protected Anal Sex

by kyledoogie85, Apr 12, 2009 02:51AM
I am a gay male who is STD free and am careful about using condoms and who I have sex with.  Today I went on a date with a guy and at the end of the night I had sex with him.  I usually do not bottom during anal sex.  This was the first time I bottomed in five years.  Well we did use condoms and plenty of lubricant and he was respectful when i told him to slow down so it wasn't rough and I wasn't in any pain.  Also we did not have oral sex just anal sex and I received.  When I got home I used the restroom and noticed that there was light bleeding on the toilet paper. I took a shower and after I used the paper towel the bleeding had disappeared.  I was wondering if my risk of an std was high because of the light bleeding even though I had protected anal sex with condoms and lube.  The guy I had sex with had an std test in January for his job and had not had sex in four months.

The bleeding was most likely from it being so long since you bottomed, and since he wore a condom, it doesn't increase your chances of getting an std.

The bleeding is most commonly from slight tearing/stretching.

your activities are no more at risk than anyone else who properly used a condom, if you are certain it stayed on and was "safe sex"....condoms are 99.8% effective if I recall correctly.

Well he ejaculated on my back and I think a little ejaculate dripped to my anus. Should I be worried?

Nope.  Most stds die very quickly outside the body.
