Protected Sex then Hand job gets you STD?

I read on this site talking about handjob and STD is pretty rare.  I understand you can get herpes if you are Skin to Skin with a person.  I am sure anything is almost possible for contracting STD.  Here is my story.

Had protected sex with large amount of lubrication (oil I think).  Then she finished me off with a handjob with more lubrication.  She touch the tip of the penis.  The condom was off for the handjob and it was on for most of the vagina intercourse.  There was no exchange of fluid other than the lubrication and impossibly the skin to skin during the intercourse.

And about 2 days later my urethra tract starts to itch.  My  testicles feels uncomfortable with a small amount of pain.  I have not had a fever or any type of flu like symptoms.  I had irradiation/itch around the bottom part of the penis and scrotum area.  It went away after 3 days.  There were redness but no signs of blisters or sores.  Its only been 4 days, so anything might still be possible.  I read somewhere men getting UTI are pretty rare, but masturbation can sometimes cause itches in the urethra tract. Correct me if there is any logic issue

I guess my question is... Is it possible to get an STD from a handjob covered in lubrication (liquid) after you had protected sex?  Thank you so much for answering and commenting.

Go see a doctor.  The only thing that concerns me about what you have explained is when you said that you used a condom for MOST  of the vaginal intercourse.  All the other stuff is irrelevant concerning std's.
