Welcome to the forum. I'll try to help.  The bottom line is that your symptoms aren't due to any STD and I doubt you were infected with anything during the sexual exposure you describe.

No STD can cause symptoms during sex or immediately afterward.  The burning you felt probably was because your partner used a spermicide (or the condom lubricant contained spermicide), which is very irritating inside the urethra.

Since the condom broke, this was obviously unprotected sex.  But even if your partner had an STD, such infection are not transmitted most of the time.  You describe no symptoms caused by any STD.  Changes in the appearance of the skin of your penis (which is what I think you mean by "my gland"), white spots on your arms, pinched nerve in the leg, burning mouth, "neuropathy" symptoms -- none of these are caused by HIV or any other STD.  Most likely your anxiety about this exposure is making you notice things that otherwise wouldn't even come to mind.

Further, the STD tests are very accurate -- so you can be sure you didn't catch syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, or HIV; combined with a negative HIV PCR test, you definitely don't have HIV.

As for other possible explanations for your symptoms, this forum doesn't speculate about problems other than STDs or HIV.  If your "neuropathy" symptoms continue, you'll just have to work with your own doctor.  The same goes for your apparent recurrent oral herpes lesion.  It has nothing to do with this sexual exposure.

I hope this helps reassure you.  Good luck--  HHH, MD

Yes, it's safe -- which is obvious from my previous replies.  My opening reply says "...your symptoms aren't due to any STD and I doubt you were infected with anything during the sexual exposure you describe."  You have nothing you can transmit to a partner.

That's definitely all for this thread.

Most likely he decided you may have a prostate gland infection.  STDs rarely affect the prostate, so this isn't an STD problem and I can't speculate further.  You'll just have to ask the urologist if you have further questions.  I won't have any further comments or advice.

You may not keep returning indefinitely with every additional little question that comes to mind.  Read my previous replies and pay careful attention this time.  You're just going to have to accept that the symptoms you describe are not due to any STD; the only possible connection to the sexual exposure you describe is through anxiety, not a physical illness of any kind.  See your personal health care provider if the symptoms continue or you otherwise remain concerned.

And certainly there was no need or justification to ask your partner to be tested for STDs.  I hope you asked nicely and did not pressure her, which would have been inappropriate.  Either way, it would seem you owe her a nice favor, at least a bouquet of flowers.

No more comments are permitted on this thread, or the entire thread will be deleted.

Hi Dr.
Just letting you know, I had other antibody tests at >9, >10 and today at (one day before) 12 weeks (83 days exactly) and results came back negative for all tests.
I did test again for clamidya and gonoreah at >10 weeks and results came back negative. I decided to do syphillis test this week since the first one was only 10 days after intercourse.
The only thing what made me to test again is tingling on upper side of feet sometimes (specially when I wear tight slippers and socks) and some small pimples on my back (shoulders) which I never had before. I also had for couple of days light white coated tongue which I think it was caused either from doxycyline, dehydration or anxiety. Kind of confused still. Im waiting to see lady's results today.
Thank you very much for your helpful replies doctor.

I had burning mouth sensation also after 3-4 days and I don't know if that happened because I kissed deep kiss with tongue my ex. Right after kissing her (14 days after intercourse with the lady for money) I felt burning mouth sensation.
But I think my legs are really a sign of something which I can't understand.
I had a oral hepres blister in upper lip few days after intercourse. I have one now and it's bigger. It looks red and using abriva it looks like it's getting healed but the are looks swollen a little. (dr who diagnosed me whith oral herpes after test told me to use abriva)

. To Dr H Harold.
I wanted to ask about three testes i took. I took STD test after ten days after unprotected sex with a lady I hired for few minutes. I had burning sensation around urethra during first minute if intercourse. After than I switched staying on top and I did ejaculate inside. It happened all I two minutes. I pulled out and I saw condom was broke. Only the ring was in my penis.
First 5 days I did notice a small white/lighter skin on my gland around half inch square or less.
After 6 - 7 days I did notice white dots on my arms. All they look like they dissaper sometimes and again show up. The same happens with the lighter spot on gland.
I had anxiety and stress all the time.
Lately, 5 weeks after intercourse, It happened I had pinched nerve on right leg on some part between knee and foot inner part. Pinching went three four times from there to around appendix. It stopped In one hour.
Yesterday I felt neuropathy on the same spot and on upper part of right feet only when I lay down.
I had some pinching or tinglish skin on hands and firearms sometimes but I think it's because of eating disorder. after intercourse I became anxious and stressed and even I wanted to eat stress and anxiety was stopping me to eat normally. I eat only one mill a day usual for couple of weeks.
Now that I write I was laying and I had neuropathy on legs upper part of foot around wrist/ankle Once I sit it goes away. It's the 8th week after intercourse.

I took test for HIV, clamidya, syphillis and gonoreah on Brooklyn health center 10 days after Intercourse and results was negative.
I took HIV antibody test and RNA PCR test 5 weeks after intercourse and results was negative.
I took hiv antibody test today (7 weeks and 4 days after intercourse) at STD again and result came negative.
I don't understand why I have neuropathy on legs.
I don't know how reliable are the tests either.
Can you help me with your answer pls.
Thanks
