Question about ghonorea(Gonorrhea)

About three-four months ago I had a quick blowjob which I ejaculated in a strangers mouth. About a couple weeks after I began to itch below scrotum and around anus. No other symptoms. My wife and I had unprotected sex about two months after and then about a week later she started with severe lower stomach pain and then had bleeding in between periods. Could I have passed am std to her?

unlikely that you had a STD, symptoms don't point to a STD. Only way to know for sure is a test.

I have one last question. Would the anal itching be from ghonorea (Gonorrhea)? I read that it is one of the symptoms. I am scared I gave my wife something. I am in Africa now and my wife is home in America getting tested. Is there a slight possibility?
