Question about tingling

Hey Im new to this forum and wanted to know a quick question. Im 19 and a couple months ago in June i recieved a blowjob unprotected. Everything was fine...july agust september october november...now this past week ive been experiencing a little tingling in my penis every now and then. I have no visible syptoms (symptoms) or anything except that. It doesnt hurt when i pee at all. its just like a tingling annoying thing every now and then. I was wodnering could this be the result of masturbating in excess too? because i have done it alot in the past couple days and was wondering if that could be it. I really dont know what to do because im worried but at the same time its been months and have not had any single problems until now. Can somebody please give me advice
