Question regarding skin rash (mostly full body)

I had sex with this one girl in my bed maybe 2-3 years ago, and she discharged quite a bit that night on my sheets from her vagina. I must have got drunk following her departure cause I passed out on the same sheets that night without thinking to change 'em.

Maybe the next day, or the day after, I started developing a rash all over my body. It started with my upper body and eventually covered all of my body except for my genitalia area and my neck/head. It didn't itch or have any three dimensional bumps, as I can remember, but, literally, there were red spots covering my whole body for a few days.

Again, when they started creeping down from my arms to my chest to my stomach and downwards to my legs, they stopped before my pubic hair and all around.

I'm pretty sure I don't have anything, but I was concerned the following semester when my fraternity bought a stripper for us pledges and I stuck some dollar bills down a girl's panties, briefly touching her pubic hair. When I was walking home that night, I noticed the same bumbs starting to appear on my wrist and somewhat down my sidearm, with the bumps starting where I made contact with her hairs.

What is this? I want to be fully sure I don't have anything when I start to have sexual relations with my new girlfriend, but doing my own research, I can't find anything quite like what I'm describing. Can anyone help?

you won't get an all over body rash from a std.

you won't get a std from not washing your sheets after sex either.

you won't get a std from sticking a dollar in a strippers panties.

whatever is going on, odds are it's not std related. see your provider for a proper work up.

might I add that I had protected sex that night. I'm just concerned the bumps reappeared the last time I touched a woman's private area. Nothing has occurred since, though sometimes my palms seem spotty, though that may be a separate issue.
