Studies have shown that most hpv infections clear themselves within 2 years. We don't know if that means that it's completely gone from the body or not but it's at least not detectable with the means we currently have at our disposal so it's not likely you'd be able to pass it on to someone.
No obvious warts and there's no way to detect hpv in males. there is not a commercially available test for hpv in males.
