Questions about ureaplasma and symptoms?

Two years ago I was sexually active with one guy in particular who I know gave me this disease. I did not know I had it at the time and I had sex with my current boyfriend over a year ago a few days before a gyno exam. I tested positive for ureaplasma and both my boyfriend and I were put on medication. That was in June of 08, and I had a follow up exam in September of 08. They told me they'd call if anything was abnormal, and they didn't so I figured it cleared up. The other day I had a gyno exam and everything went pretty well. I got a call yesterday and the receptionist said they just got back September's results and said I still tested positive with the ureaplasma. She's waiting on these test results to come back.

I told my boyfriend about all of this and he was like okay, it's cool, but he had his shirt off yesterday and I noticed pale brown spots in a cluster on his chest and towards his collarbones. He told me they started coming up within the past year and the guy who infected me has them also. Is this a symptom of ureaplasma, or could it be something worse? And if I have had this for over a year, is there a good possibility that I will have a hard time getting pregnant further down the road? Please help because I can't find these answers anywhere!
