RPR test

Hello,
I had vaginal sex 6 months ago.  64 days post exposure I had an STD test for Chlamydia, Gonna rhea, Syphilis, and HIV.  They all came back negative.  I am having a acne like rash on my chest, shoulders, and back that concern me though.  I was on Cipro and Clindesse cream the week before my test.  Is there a chance my syphilis test was a false negative because of this.  I am just extremely concerned about this area that has broken out.
Thank you for your response.

Syphilis tests are done via serological blood analysis.
Usually, a negative syphilis test 6 weeks after exposure is considered 'conclusive' that you don't have it.

Testing negative 9 weeks after potential exposure is certainly 'conclusive'.
Though I suppose you can go back and request the test be done again if you are THAT worried.

I'm by no means an expert, but I recently had the rash on my chest, thighs, and butt and went to a clinic and dermatologist to take a look at it. For me, it was folliculitus.  Are there hairs in the middle of the bumps?
