Rash Two Weeks After Shaving

About two weeks ago (January 3rd) I shaved my pubic area for the first time in a year-ish time. A week after shaving I noticed that I had a slight irritation in my vagina. Mostly at night, it would itch (where the hair grows) and had a slight irritation (may be mild burning sensation I am mistaking for irritation). Last night, I finally got around to looking in a mirror closely at what my vagina was looking like. On one side of my vagina, ONLY WHERE HAIR IS there are these small redish white bumps. They are not pus-y and have not bled. They aren't even very pimple like...

Few pieces of additional information:

1) I was last sexually active about two months ago, and since the last time I had been tested I've had two partners. Both partners had been STD checked prior to engaging in sex with me (I am very very thorough).
2) I am currently treating it as a yeast infection (as I get them once or twice a year).
3) I've had a few ingrown hairs from shaving, but no liesons or anything ever.

Sounds like irritation from shaving.
